Robert was very polite and friendly and helped us reliably out of our predicament. Although we are tourists, he did not take advantage of us by charging additional costs or anything like that. An absolute compliment and a recommendation!

Our first day of vacation in Canmore/Banff, our Rental car was accidentally hit with a rock breaking the drivers side window. We took it to Aspen auto glass in Canmore where they vacuumed out the broken glass and put a sheet of plastic over it while we waited for a replacement. The new window came a day earlier than expected and the replacement window was installed earlier than promised. Their communication was excellent and so was the result. We highly recommend this company! Ten-stars plus!

For reasons of safety and piece of mind I need to keep my vehicles in A1 condition at all times. For that I rely on Brenda and Wayne's professional and friendly team. We experienced vehicle problems while travelling through Golden on August 24th. We were carrying a heavy camper on our pickup. BCAA sent Classic Towing to our rescue. We were very impressed with the young man who arrived. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and quickly delivered our unit to the garage, while allowing us to ride with him in his tow truck. His friendly, positive attitude went a long way in helping us in a difficult situation. Thank you to Classic Towing!
