One morning I received a call from ARCH only to thank me for my continuous support and nothing more. I greatly appreciated that call, it was incredibly uplifting to receive that personal thank you from a well deserving charitable organization that is doing wonders for people in their final days. THANK YOU for being there for my dad and for us back in 2010. Dragonflies have followed me ever since.

The hardest thing we have to do as pet parents is to help them have a caring, humane end of life.

Mellissa and her staff member made this as peaceful, caring and compassionate as possible. Besides the gentle and careful process for my beloved cat, they were equally gentle , understanding and kind for me.

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.
