I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. This company was a pleasure to deal with. Although scheduling the work to be done took awhile - they were very busy - once a date was chosen, they got there promptly and completed the required work as well as quickly filing paperwork with ESA on my behalf.
