BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.
