Fred from George’s Appliance Repair of Cobden has proven customer service is not dead! I had a morning appointment to have my dryer looked at, wait and waited no show. I was getting a liitle heated, call his shop at 3 50 pm Fred picked up. After a short discussion Fred realized he had made a mistake with the appointment, he drove to Petawawa from Cobden and had my dryer up and running before 5 pm!! Give me a little break on the cost of the repair, Fred Thanks a bunch!!

Bought Whirlpool fridge(Jan),it stopped cooling. Whirlpool cust service did not repair fridge for over 2 months. Contacted Essex Appliance who spoke to Whirlpool on my behalf and followed up with me. They said I can pick out a new unit since Whirlpool not fixing fridge.
Michelle was such a help checking the warehouse to see what fridges were in stock so we could get one delivered right away. She answered all my questions about differences in products and was such a delight to talk to.

Brought my built in microwave to be repaired & Kitchenaide no longer carried the parts but They came up with their own solution & my microwave is back home & running. I thought the price was very reasonable! Thanks for a job well done!

Needed to get a bar fridge to use while we get our big fridge repaired. Sales person Amber W was excellent finding one in warehouse and getting us set up with options and operating then getting a great extended warranty plan working great thank you very much
