Bought a bike and two pairs of skis there- great products and great service. Had my skis and my husband’s snowboard tuned there and it was best tune up we’ve ever had. Love this shop- they know what they are doing. Great customer service.

They were friendly and fast with the repairs that I needed. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. They also got an oil change done in less time than a drive oil service for your car AND it was virtually the same price if i had bought the oil/filter myself.

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

I love Ridley’s Cycle. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very accommodating. Thanks to Callum(I am not sure of the spelling of his name)... for taking care of my road bike(Speed-name of my bike). I am always happy to recommend this place. My friend Lailan bought her bike here and she’s enjoying her bike and the service as well!

I financed my bike thru calgary cycle city . I've heard a lot of good things about their work their mechanics know their bikes and do great work . I go to them for all my maintenance and their powdercoat work is second to none . Their a great bunch of guys
