Galen responded to my request for a quote at Ty Watson House in a timely manner and I found his quote reasonable, his pruning work professional and thoughtful and I would not hesitate to call him again for any tree work and so grateful to get that stump removed without any disturbance to the surrounding garden. My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!

Totem Tree Service has done large projects on my property twice. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. Most recent $10,000+ job involved removing huge cottonwood tree from nearby the hydro power lines on busy Hwy #4 on incredibly hot three days. The entire crew worked as a cohesive team, steady pace, working safely and efficiently. Equipment all in good repair. Excellent job. Cleaned off roof at end. THRILLED with result: highly recommend.
