I have shopped here many times since moving to the Island 2 years ago and have had some of the best customer service out of anywhere I’ve ever shoooed! We had a leak in one of our windows but weren't sure where it was coming in from. I called Coast Glass & they sent out 2 people within 2 hours to look at it. With their help, we were able to track down the leak & fix it. They were very friendly & knowledgeable. Thanks for the excellent service.

I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.
