Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

Im quite impressed with the professionalism of makus paintingtoday, they did a fabulous job considering how awkward my upper stairwell was to paint. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and should I need assistance in the future, i will use them again

Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, many thanks to Dr. Komal . The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free. I will make sure to refer my friends and colleagues to Star Dental on West Broadway.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Paul is a very easy person to work with. The work was excellent and beyond expectations. As a small business, he's obviously very busy so while it took a few weeks to get scheduled, the job was done in one day. Nice clean work and the house looks great! I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories.
