The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Buchan's is the best choice for stationery in the city.

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. My wife and I are very "detail oriented" we are not jewellers but felt like most stores treated us like morons. We loved the energy and the passion that Rosemary brought to our transaction. We had bought and brought stones and gold as well as design ideas. RoseMary welcomed everything and ran with it. We are so happy with the process and our decision that I have written only my second review ever.

I have been receiving help from Joseph Eliezer and I am very grateful for the positive effect it has had on my life. I was dealing with a very dysfunctional family and it was causing me great grief. It was interfering with my daily life. It was great to be able to discuss very personal things that I would be embarrassed to share with anyone. He was non judgemental and helped me find solutions that best suited me.

Absolutely a delight to deal with these folks. Queenie is very professional and both technologists I have worked with have been very understanding. They have assisted me in using my machine, and have been understanding of my financial situation as that I am disabled with limited income.

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. His chiropractic treatments made a huge difference for me and the best part; I feel great again and wish I would have met him sooner! Highly recommend, without hesitation.

If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
