We had a spring break on one of our shop doors at the farm, The guys from Canadoor came out within the hour, fixed the door temporarily so we could use it until the custom spring was ready. The next day they came to install the new spring. The door has never run better! I was very happy with the entire experience. They really are professionals.

very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! Highly recommend - cheers

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.
