My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!

I have had to have the ambulance pick me up from my home in very serious conditions and all have been wonderful. However, at the deepest, most sickest and most difficult time of my life was more recently when John Russell came to assist the ambulance and the two drivers that where having a difficult time finding my apt. location. Thank you John, for your unwavering kindness, your extreme sensitivety,your ability to remember my particular situation and condition and your conformt means a great deal to me. As I live a lone and end up in the ER alone and in the Hospital alone, you really make me feel safe, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your service. I wish I could thank you in person, but I only get to see you when I call 911, so I will see you again sometime.
