I wasn't planning to write a review but the very negative one popped up and I felt compelled to respond. I have been dealing with Bev and the previous pharmacist at this pharmacy for over a decade on some tricky issues. They have ALWAYS been extraordinarily pleasant. I hope the earlier reviewer will give them a second chance.

I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. I switched pharmacy from Shoppers to Cherryhill Pharmacy and couldn't be happier with the care received! Shoppers has gotten too big and not personable any longer. Free blister packaging, NO dispensing fee (if you're a Senior) with attention to customer service. Rutu (pharmacist) is very professional and lovely to deal with and I hope you give this new pharmacy a 2nd look...you won't be disappointed:) Cheers!
