Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. Shane is personable, knowledgeable and kind. When you meet with him to discuss your treatment plan he really invests the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. He explains everything well and provides you with a follow up report and checks in on you after your treatment. His office space has a spa like feel to it ensuring that you feel comfortable and relaxed. From relaxation, stress relief, pain or for overall wellbeing I highly recommend Shane.

The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Renee. She fit us in in just a few minutes and we had no appointment. Polite and took time out to talk to our kids she was a very sweet lady. Our tax person was Sally is very knowledgable and will give them both a 15 out of 10 for sure
