Shane is personable, knowledgeable and kind. When you meet with him to discuss your treatment plan he really invests the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. He explains everything well and provides you with a follow up report and checks in on you after your treatment. His office space has a spa like feel to it ensuring that you feel comfortable and relaxed. From relaxation, stress relief, pain or for overall wellbeing I highly recommend Shane.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. As it turned out, we actually found the key. The customer service and response time were AMAZING! Will definitely recommend!! Thanks!
