I contacted Helga initially for reflexology. She has a welcoming home spa, very clean and not cluttered. She immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. I found it to be a very relaxing treatment and she doesn't speak during your session. This is nice, because in the past I found therapists to want to talk during my session, and it "ruins" it for me.
She was very knowledgeable with reflexology and I noticed positive results after a couple sessions with her. So happy with her service!
