The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

Barb has always been kind to us and is LOVED by our pet. She is thorough and very knowledgeable about grooming pets. We love her work and are just grateful she's there for us.
