When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Great work, and very friendly people to deal with. Thanks Don.
