Our refrigerator quit and Janet directed us to a new unit that we really liked. That was nine in the morning. By 1:30 Brad had it delivered and sitting in place in the kitchen. Thanks Janet and Brad. It was a great experience and we really appreciate you two!

Jim was excellent. Outstanding service. Arrived promptly after I called the day before that our fridge/freezer not working. First thing in the morning in a COVID-19 situation. Mask, gloves, physical distancing. Thanks, thanks and more thanks!! Oh yes and the fridge/freezer are working fine.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!
