Quite happy with the service and the value. Their service was 'over and above' in that they made a special trip to my location even though the regular service van was busy - at no extra charge, were very friendly and professional and even offered to take my car back to their shop to properly align the new tires then bring it back to my location. I took him up on that so I wouldn't have to waste a day taking the car in to the shop for alignment myself. would recommend them.

I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
