Very efficient and friendly service. Only waited 35 mins to get my all seasons put back on and for a decent $30. Waiting room has coffee, donuts, free wifi and television to watch while you wait. Tire exchange done by appointment and they were ready to go as soon as I arrived.

I just wanted to say that Factory Tire is the best!!!! I spoke to Sid who was friendly and very helpful in helping me with my car. Kevin did an amazing job in patching my tire! Quite happy with the service and the value. Their service was 'over and above' in that they made a special trip to my location even though the regular service van was busy - at no extra charge, were very friendly and professional and even offered to take my car back to their shop to properly align the new tires then bring it back to my location. I took him up on that so I wouldn't have to waste a day taking the car in to the shop for alignment myself. would recommend them.
