This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. Thank you guys for always being there to help me out!

On short notice ... Jimco was closed but took me in ... they did an excellent job of fixing a runner and straightening a bent bracket on my boat trailer ... they made sure the bearings were greased and replaced one ... great price and fast work ... Thank-you Jimco!

Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!
