I always love going into the store and choosing my arrangement from the wide assortment of flowers in the back. I was thrilled to receive flowers from the flower shop because I didnt know that was a service that was offered. The flower arrangement was so beautiful and it lasted such a long time!

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. My family has purchased 5 cars from this company. Their service is excellent. In each case, the cars were perfectly prepared by their own mechanics and their continued follow up service was honest and complete.
