My family and I have been using Supercuts on Plaza for 7 years now and have yet to witness anything the previous commenter has stated. We have always had professional and courteous service and have witnessed the same with other patrons. The only negative I'll say is their push to purchase hair products. If you want to have the haircut that really shows the real you, go to salon Francois. I have been looking for a hairdresser who could visualize the finish product before it began. I love my new haircut Francois made me look ten years younger. The Color was perfect. The service was fabulous, thank you Francois I will be back.
