- Their attention to details, i.e., I had inadvertently left valuable items in my garbage pile to which the Task-co Reps acknowledged the items, put them aside and later confirmed whether or not I really wanted them gone
- I find that their level of efficiency was far better than their competitors(s) who had provided me with an estimate; Task-co completed the job in a lesser time than anticipated

Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.
