I took Dale an original rad from a 1979 Trans Am 4 speed car with the faint hope he would be able to restore it. It was leaking, bent, damaged, and missing the drain valve. A week later it looked like new and still had the original factory tag on it. Dale is a real craftsman.

I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
