While visiting the Lethbridge area and Not knowing which cab company to call, I picked 5th ave and I am glad I did.
I have had to use them several times and ALL of the different drivers have been so polite and friendly! The cabs are clean.
My only negative ( and the only reason I rated them 4/5 stars) is the after hours dispatchers from Calgary.
1 wasn’t too bad ( not great either) but the other was downright rude!!!
The local dispatchers who worked the daytime hours were great!!!

Each time we call into Alpha, Vince answers and provides us with a short time frame for our pick-up. Whether its the big guy himself or one his several other taxis he always delivers and gets us to where we need to go. Does not matter if you are headed to a job interview or out to the bar with your friends, Vince and Alpha Cab are the way to go!
