Used two inspectors in my life for both the houses that I bought and Bunah far exceeded my expectations, and was so worth using. He was very through in his assessments, pointed out a lot of things that needed to be worked on, but didnt scare us away from living in our house, it was managable to fix everything that needed to be done.
