They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.

We hired Coastal Pest Management when we thought we had rats; we have a dog and a cat and were concerned for their safety; we were able to get our first appointment was the next day; we had two weekly follow-ups. The problem was fixed quickly and in a way so our pets were not in danger. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pest Management for quick and friendly service at fair price.

Trevor and his team were exceptional! He diagnosed our problem quickly with his camera system - Finding crushed drain pipe in a number of areas and a small underground spring which we had no idea about! He put together a very comprehensive estimate of work required. When work started his team were obviously well trained, clean and very polite. We are extremely satisfied with the work having had another drainage company up before who did not discover these problems.

This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.
