Called about my cat (Acer) urinary issue, they booked him in the next day (closest availability), Noticed he couldn’t go in the litter box. I called back an hour later and explained his symptoms became worse. They told me to bring him in immediately and they’ll try to fit him in between appointments. I rushed over 10 min away and they were ready the moment I walked in. They said it was caught early enough and fixed him up in a few hours. (No surgery) Saved me $$ and my pet.
