Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Very helpful, from office staff to the service technician. Excellent service quick to respond and rectify the problem with warranty on our Kitchenaid refrigerator.

Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.

The first thing I liked about the service was having a human voice answer my call not like other companies who have a messaging service. Kris the owner kept me informed of the time he was to arrive and was prompt and on time. He was courtesy, skilled and knowledge. Kris got the repairs done in short order and did a through clean up. He even offered to help me plan out a cabin fall blow out. I would highly recommend this company.
