Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

Jay at the Kanata store was great, knew the products like the back of his hand and a real pro at assessing what really suited my needs. Test driving a stick, taking a pass and getting shots off.... can't imagine any other way to buy a hockey stick. Friendly check out staff too.... great store. Thanks Jay... I'll be back, this is definately the place for hockey gear!!
