Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Jay at the Kanata store was great, knew the products like the back of his hand and a real pro at assessing what really suited my needs. Test driving a stick, taking a pass and getting shots off.... can't imagine any other way to buy a hockey stick. Friendly check out staff too.... great store. Thanks Jay... I'll be back, this is definately the place for hockey gear!!
