We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend their place of business. Thank you again!

Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
