I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mike almost 3 years ago for $8000 with under 100,000 km on it and its still a fantastic little car. I discovered my windshield had a crack a couple days after purchase Mike replaced it for free. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car some day.

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

I brought a car in for a drive belt replacement. The service manager Richard, looked at the belt and told me it was new so I didnt need it replaced. He did not charge me for the service check and recommended belt dressing as I had a squeal on start up. Had this been any other service station I would probably have paid for a new belt and any other issue they could find. I would highly recommend Canadian Tire service on Glendale Ave and big shout out to Richard. Thank you. BTW dressing worked grea

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend their place of business. Thank you again!

Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins.
