They are my rabbit's veterinary clinic, and they are very knowledgeable and compassionate about her care. They are open and honest about their billing and what they do, and their prices are reasonable. I found the vet to be very honest about my rabbit's health and about test results and treatments to be done. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to others, especially those with household pets other than dogs and cats, as it can be hard to find clinics knowledgeable about these pets.

The Vet and staff of this Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My boy was sick and finally lost his battle. It was traumatic for me but the Vet and her staff called me to check up on my fur baby even through the holidays. They treated him and myself so tenderly and compassionately.
I highly recommend them in caring for your fur babies needs and care. Thank you so much Doctor and the staff...I shall never forget your kindness through such a traumatic time!

First of all, my heartfelt Thank You to Drs J-T and Julie who have taken such great care of my birds, Tara and Baby Bird. Their gentleness, compassion, and knowledge are extraordinary and it is very difficult to find Vets specializing in Avian. I have just rescued a Cat. Did a health check with Dr. Childs. My Cat's teeth were in bad shape and there were stones in her bladder. Scheduled for surgery and everything went fine.
Dr. Child and her staff are caring and kind. I would recommend this office to anyone for excellent care for their pets.

I am often in Vancouver and whenever I am there I only trust Dr. Kassam with my baby (my dog) Mylo. Any time we need to go in, we get prompt service and are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kassam makes us feel at ease and truly cares about his patients, there has even been a few times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty and we are really appreciative of his genuine care and concern for Mylo. You can also count on him to be direct and honest.
