I've called Water Heater Rescue twice over the past year- one time to fix my garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair my water heater. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and coached me on how to reset my garburator. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and fast!

I had problems with a toilet that kept running - I tried to fix it myself, but nothing I did was working.
The plumber from Pure Plumbing came in and had it fixed in just a hour - he had the toilet fixed and his rates were very fair. Would be glad to recommend them to anyone, very good services.

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. Yesterday I had my garburator replaced by a gentleman named Tien. I’ve never used Clearly Plumbing in the past but based on the exceptional experience I had with Tien, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clearly again or recommend your business to others. Tien was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either attempting a repair of the existing unit or simply replacing it. He also was diligent in the post testing which resulted in the discovery of a drip. However, he took the time to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. He was also very personable and I think any business would be fortunate to have him represent their brand.
