She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. Absolutely love the staff at Estrada Car Rentals. They were very friendly and helped me with my car rental and even let me try a couple vehicles to see which one I was comfortable in before taking it home. I would recommend the Estrada Car Rentals in Richmond Hill to anyone.

I went for the first time( February 09. 2024) at 9:45 am for my vehicle safety.
The experience was amazing, Ali took my car in right away and checked my car completely. He is very professional, respectful and knows what he is doing and advised for future maintenance.
At reception Naz was also very professional and courteous and helpful.
I will be taking my car there from now on.

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
