Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!

Paula is the best period...
1st time I hired Paula was to gain custody of my two children going through a divorce while we were still living in the same household fighting for custody, the better parent won and I'm a Dad. 2nd time I used Paula was when I was in a new relationship and my wife was having major issues with her ex concerning the safety of Her children, Paula was able to gain full custody to my wife period. 3rd time Paula gained us full sole custody of our granddaughter.

Just purchased my new car car from Acura of North Toronto. Theyre awesome! Nice guys. Honest and helpful. Traded in offer was better than Carmax. Id definitely recommend checking out their inventory. A good place to car shop. A good on-site search engine to help me navigate through all of the cars they have for sale. Was looking at new cars but ended up buying used.

In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. Great folks to deal with they have a big indoor showroom so I did not have to go out in the rain.

Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. The dealership was very clean and the front desk girl welcome us with drinks and popcorn. Thanks you very much in answering all our questions. We will recommend this Mazda delearship for all to use.

My family has purchased 5 cars from this company. Their service is excellent. Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
