I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose! Imagine going for a swim and being able to see the faces of those around clearly! These are things I can do now because I had laser corrective surgery at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.
