Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose! Imagine going for a swim and being able to see the faces of those around clearly! These are things I can do now because I had laser corrective surgery at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. The staff are professional, friendly and full of knowledge. The whole experience was comfortable and rewarding. I would do it again in an instant!

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. Ilkb is by far the best workout program Ive expirienced. I started in with their six week challenge and lost a total of 24 lbs. Since then I havent been able to stop! The environment is positive and energetic and the instructors are always friendly and encouraging!

First, let me start by saying I am really hard to fit. I spent hours getting fitted on granville st and just up the street from these guys. I never saw them until I went to the new Shoppers. Ive never had people be SO nice to me when I told them I didn't bring my wallet! They also seemed pretty confident (bit over confident) that they "always" get hard to fit people. So I went back (from DT) to check em out. I left with six bras. I am happy (so is my husband!) Recommend for hard to fit people.

I trust these guys with all of my medications. Very very thorough and takes great care of patients. Always go out of their way to solve my problems, even my ostomy stuff! Highly recommended.

I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.
