It was about 10PM and I didn''t know how to drive this car rented from Xceed. THe owner of Xceed and one of his staff even sit on the car with me coaching me to drive it for 9km from the cllision centre to a Gas Station! I appreciate their excellent services very much. Their warm service made me feel much better after I got a car accidence. And their staff even answered my call after 0:00Am that day when I got the car accidence! Thank you Xceed Car Rental!

I have been taking my vehicles to Joe for quite a few years and have never been disappointed. I trust his judgement and have gotten to the point where I tell him the issue and he simply calls me when the vehicle is ready, I don't need to ask for a quote ahead of time because I know the work he performs is necessary and it will be done for a fair price. I still take my vehicles to Joe even after I moved out of the area.

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good
