Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." I have been coming to Mississauga Toyota for service ever since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE in 2019. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff is amazing and does there best to inform me of the best course of action. Today, in particular I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals, Antonio, Edwin, Juan, Jodi and Katrina. My 2014 truck died and I needed to get a new car. It was a stressful situation and my husband suggested we check out Georgetown Honda. Bryan and Sheena were both excellent. No pressure tactics, just information and thoughtfulness. They had exactly what I was looking for right there on the lot. We arrived at 9:40am and we were home by 1:40pm to call insurance and get things set up. The purchase was so smooth that they literally took my fears, nervousness and anxiety away.
