We hired Coastal Pest Management when we thought we had rats; we have a dog and a cat and were concerned for their safety; we were able to get our first appointment was the next day; we had two weekly follow-ups. The problem was fixed quickly and in a way so our pets were not in danger. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pest Management for quick and friendly service at fair price.

Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.

Used two inspectors in my life for both the houses that I bought and Bunah far exceeded my expectations, and was so worth using. He was very through in his assessments, pointed out a lot of things that needed to be worked on, but didnt scare us away from living in our house, it was managable to fix everything that needed to be done. They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.
