I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.

Did a complete drivetrain swap on my 08 vortecmax (l76/4l70e-l92/6l80e) and ran into a module correlation issue couldn’t pinpoint the issue with my tools and my only choice was to start replacing modules decided to take it into a better equipped shop to have them pinpoint the issue for me I took the truck to two different shops/tuners before hand wasting cash/time, the truck was down for 8 months CCMR went above and beyond to help get it back on the road quickly very pleased with CCMRs knowledge

I took my 750i to different places my car had shifting problem I had 4000$ estimate then I had diognostic from Crc auto repair the shopformen call me and tell me my transmission needs 250 $sensor then I fold him go had and perform the work I pick up my car and it’s shifting like new car I hank you all the staff at Crc auto repair

Excellent service provided by Jason from Door & Lock Surgeon's Edmonton office.
Jason was personable and quite professional. He went above and beyond by taking time to properly explain various security options like Wrap Around Plate, Long Bolt Strike for added security even informed about Shatter resistance Bee Cool Glass Film.
I am very happy with the service provided and will always call them for all my future security needs and for that Long Strike and Bee Cool Glass Film.

This was my first time at this Mr. Lube. While I was waiting for my service I was offered a complimentary beverage of my choice and a news paper. The lady that checked me in was very polite and apologetic for not getting to my vehicle faster. As I had not felt ignored and as she was so polite and friendly all was off to a good start. Once I got into the oil change bay the various steps and processes were explained to me. The technician looked up my vehicle and advised me of the upcoming service schedule which I found both helpful and beneficial. The staff were professional and polite and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I found this to be a breath of fresh air as I have often felt taken advantage of at other oil change places. As I had not had my vehicle serviced in a very very long time there were a number of services I had done. Because I asked them to do few different things for me they freely offered me a better deal than the $10 off coupon that I had handed them at the beginning.
I do not live in Edmonton but will now make the trip back to this Mr. Lube every time my vehicle requires service. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed myself while there and left in great spirits. I told them I would be giving them a good review. Phil a really nice gentleman even contacted me after to give me a survey code so that if I wanted to fill it out I would have the opportunity to win free product or money. Thanks Phil, I will definitely fill out that survey. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had while getting my vehicle serviced. I saw Phil around a lot while I was there offering assistance to the technicians and training. Now I don't know a thing about servicing a vehicle but Phil really seems to know his stuff and is providing an excellent level of training to the staff there. I can only speak about my experience. I found the service was exemplary.

Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

So weird that other review... Duane is awesome. He fixed our old Honda and saved us $5000 after Honda told us our transmission was going - it was a rock in the wheel!

The Southgate mall location has great customer service once you finally get out of the line (one time i stood at the front of the line for 15 mins straight even though i needed to do quick banking) because the client advisors are very thorough with each customer. I appreciate that but maybe provide some seats? It is so stressful to stand in the lines sometimes. Maybe i should bring my own chair from home.
