My 3 large German shepherds and Rhodesian ridgeback own a black Dodge minivan (Sto & Go) that I get to ride along as theyre chauffeur.
You could not imagine how much dog hair is accumulated, sand & dirt tracking in this vehicle, my hats off to the staff cleaning our family van, it looked like new again.

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.

Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment I had been waiting for that same day because of the fast service. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks!

My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.

Best service at this place. I've taken my vehicle to several shops and not one could resolve the clicking sound on the left front of my vehicle. Even the dealership couldn't figure it out and they always told me that it's normal. Thanks Alberta Tire!!
