2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

I had a problem with the heater control panel. Nissan asked 800$ just for replacement part. Mark repared it for 260$ including work. Wonderfull job!!

Knowledgeable, sincere, excellent practice, choice of parts, punctual, excellent pricing, friendly, easy to talk to and deal with, excellent advice, so, just do not line-up to make me wait when I need their service :-) and I need to drive 17 km to get their service and I go there because it is a service worth supporting.

The team at North York Motors are great mechanics and very honest. I have been going there 2 years myself and my wife. My wife had gone there to do an oil change because the vehicle was saying to get one and when we got there we were told to go by the suggested km rating sticker we had that was placed on the windshield. she has 2500 km to go. They reset the program on the vehicle and she left free of charge. That is just one example of there honesty, will recommend all drivers to go to there.

I recommend this mechanic to everyone because he is honest, straight forward and cares about your car and money so you don't have to spend your money for something does not make sense. Try and see and you will find out about the service.
