Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

I have been going to the Master Garage since 2011. They are very reliable with integrity. They do not ask you to perform any unnecessary repair/replace anything. The owner Monte is a very trustworthy mechanic. I recommended 4 of my friends to the Master Garage and I received good complement from my friends about them also.

I had a problem with the heater control panel. Nissan asked 800$ just for replacement part. Mark repared it for 260$ including work. Wonderfull job!!

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. My wife and I stopped in here on a whim about 5 years ago for an affordable oil change. We have never got anywhere else since and I ONLY trust Mike with my vehicle. This Meineke location has been reliable and dependable. Mike, the guy that runs the place is always willing to work with you to solve problems (mechanical or schedual) and doesn't try to upsell you. He has gotten us out of a dozen scrapes and only does the work that you tell him. 10/10 would recommend/trust this place.

Knowledgeable, sincere, excellent practice, choice of parts, punctual, excellent pricing, friendly, easy to talk to and deal with, excellent advice, so, just do not line-up to make me wait when I need their service :-) and I need to drive 17 km to get their service and I go there because it is a service worth supporting.
