Ordered my Spa cover February 2 2018 and received it February 27 before expected delivery date.
Once i opened the box which it came in I was very pleasantly surprise on the weight, workmanship and quality of this cover. Plus customer service excellent, quick, and they know their product.
My spa is inside my house (solarium) and this new spa cover looks great and due to its light weight construction and materials it makes lifting and moving the cover off much more easy and fits like a glove.

the best, always smiling, our food was excellent, tea and cider to die for, it was such a change there were 8 of us and we all enjoyed our 2 hours, I cant wait
for the Easter High Tea. Worth every penny and more.

We could see in her a genuine passion for her profession. We went through major work from cleaning to crown and she out performed to our expectations.She is pleasant competent and goes beyond to ensure work is done gently to the satisfaction. Great workmanship. Our family has brought in many leather items for Joe and his staff to fix. Everything was repaired exactly the way promised.
Joe and his staff are extremely friendly and honest. If something can not be fixed, repair visible or too expensive to be worth it ... Joe will tell you.
We would recommend the Village Cobbler to anyone in search of leather repairs, etc.

I got a beautiful mailbox at an auction and was unsure of how to put it together. I found the company name on the box and called them not really expecting much help....but the gentleman that answered the phone could not have been nicer and walked me through the process and made sure I had it right before ending our call....patient and so courteous. I wish i had gotten his name....so whomever you were...I thank you very, very much. I love my new mailbox!
