I use this UPS location aprox. 2-5 times a week for our business, I can honestly say I look forward to stopping in sending out packages or even just picking up mail. The new owner Kanti is a very personable and reliable man who is always willing to go the extra mile for when you need help. Their customer Service is excellent! Great service! After being abandoned by the selling dealer in Strathroy (no name mentioned) for numerous warrantable problems, Tony stepped up and took care of everything, and even repaired a couple of things I hadnt noticed. Friendly, professional, even met me after hours to pick it up to suit my schedule. Will recommend to anyone. Well done!
